Before You Book: What to Know
We’re excited you’re considering a stay with us! To help you plan the perfect beach getaway, here are a few important policies to keep in mind:
🚗 Parking: Each room includes one parking space. Additional or unauthorized vehicles may be towed.
🚭 No Smoking or Vaping: All rooms are non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any smoking or vaping in guest rooms.
🌙 Quiet Hours: To keep things relaxing for everyone, quiet hours are 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Guests are expected to be respectful of others at all times.
🐾 No Pets: We love animals, but pets are not permitted. Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fee.
🌧️ Weather Policy: While we hope for sunshine, refunds are not issued due to inclement weather.
🧑💼 Check-In Requirements: Guests must be 21 years or older to check in.
🛏️ Room Care: Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items (towels, blankets, remotes, etc.), which will be charged accordingly.
🏖️ Beach Reminder: Hotel towels and blankets are for in-room use only. A $100 fee applies if they are taken off property.
💳 Incidentals: The credit card used to reserve your stay may be charged for any damages, incidentals, or policy violations unless an alternate card is provided.
👨👩👧👦 Occupancy: Rates are based on two guests. Additional guests are $20 per person, per night.
Children under 15 stay free with an adult (limit 2 per room).
📅 Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival: $20 fee per room
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival: one-night deposit is non-refundable
💲 Taxes & Deposit:
A 14.45% state and local occupancy tax will be applied to all reservations
A one-night deposit is required to secure your reservation
